Voor wie binnenkort afreist naar de sneeuw, weet dat een goede zonnefactor heel belangrijk is. Tijdens de Apres- ski wil je er lekker bruin uitzien, zonder vellen op je neus of een craquelé gezicht. Koop voorafgaand aan je vakantie een hoge zonnefactor. Koop niet een product dat met name geschikt is voor zon, zee & strand, want deze bevatten vaak veel vocht. Voor de wintersport is dit een ramp want door de kou en de snelheid waarmee je de berg af skiet, zou je huid kunnen bevriezen in plaats van worden beschermd. Neem daarom een zonneproduct, dat meer lipide stoffen bevat met een hogere beschermingsfactor.

De Sisley Ecran Solaire Visage met een spf 50+. Deze crème geeft je huid een heldere egale en duurzame bruine teint en beschermt je huid tegen veroudering. Deze crème is zelfs geschikt voor mensen die allergisch reageren op de zon. Ik ben hem al aan het gebruiken (toevallig kunnen we in Nederland ook al maanden niet om de sneeuw heen) en mijn huid voelt heerlijk zacht en soepel aan. Aanrader!
De Lancaster Ultra Protection Tan Control SPF 50+. Deze crème trekt snel in, ruikt heerlijk en zorgt voor een goudbruine teint. Deze crème kan je ook als gewone dagverzorging gebruiken.
Vichy Capital Soleil 50+. Beschermt je huid tot je stamcellen! Werkt tegen rimpels en pigmentvlekken en voorkomt huidschade door de zon. Dit is een fijn product om te gebruiken als je merkt dat je rode uitslag van de zon krijgt. Begin ‘s ochtends direct om de zonnecrème aan te brengen. Dan kan het goed intrekken. Herhaal het aanbrengen regelmatig, zo om de twee uur. Vergeet geen plekjes (oren, neus, nek) en smeer royaal. De aftersun kan tijdens je vakantie prima de normale nachtcrème vervangen. Een ding is zeker, met SPF 50 kan er weinig mis gaan, tenzij je een been breekt natuurlijk…
